Join me for a Rest and Restore virtual evening from the comfort of your own home on Thursday 6 Feb at 6-7pm for £12.

This one hour session will incorporate gentle breathwork, meditation, sound and energy healing within a safe sacred space. This session is open to everyone 16 plus. Please have a blanket and water bottle and arrive for a prompt 6pm start.
